Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during promotions or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to carrier delays or weather conditions and are outside of our control.

Local Pickup (If Offered)

If local pickup is available, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup at:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Aura Esthetics by Anahis is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Aura Esthetics by Anahis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of professional skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all product sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

If approved, we will provide instructions for replacement or store credit.

Professional Treatments & Services

All treatment and service sales are final. Prepaid services and packages are non-refundable. Rescheduling policies apply in accordance with booking terms.
